For today’s possibly final celebration of our political freedoms, we ate 😋.

This year we made something few of our fellow New Jerseyans know - Chicago Hot Dogs. We actually managed to find sport peppers, I prepped the buns to be poppyseeded, “made” celery salt from ground celery seeds and fine sea salt, and (a big sacrifice) used yellow mustard instead of spicy brown.
No Malort, though 🤣
